Step 2: Pre-Workshop quiestionnaire (7-14 days before)

Pre-Workshop Prep (1-2 hours of your time): You'll complete a technical landscape questionnaire a couple weeks in advance of the work shop to make sure we have a good understanding of your technical landscape, business goals, and specific challenges. This ensures we hit the ground running.

Step 3: The Workshop (4 hours)

We'll work through the three phases: Discovery, Strategy, and Execution Planning. Bring your questions, your concerns, and your team (if you want key people to join).

Step 4: Deliverables (48 hours after)

You'll receive your Technical Punch List, Blindspot Report, 6-Month Roadmap, and Systems Map—all formatted for easy sharing and implementation.

Step 5: Follow-Up Support (30 days)

Can the workshop be done remotely?

Yes. While in-person is ideal for the collaborative energy, I've run highly effective remote workshops via Zoom with digital whiteboarding tools. I still highly recommending in-person (I am in Austin, but will travel).
